The 30 cm tandoor roasting pan is designed for frying or baking dishes inside the tandoor. It can be placed on the tandoor crossbar during the 45-minute preheating phase or lowered inside the tandoor using a special stainless steel suspension system.
The walls of the roasting pan are made of cast iron with a 5 mm thickness, ensuring even heat distribution and long-lasting heat retention. The set includes a cast iron lid with a handle. An optional upgrade is available: a roasting pan with a skillet-style lid that can be used as a standalone frying pan.
