The 34 cm tandoor roasting pan is designed for cooking dishes both during the tandoor preheating stage and directly inside the tandoor. It can be placed on the tandoor crossbar during the 45-minute heating period or lowered into the tandoor using a special stainless steel suspension system.
The walls of the roasting pan are made of 5 mm thick cast iron, ensuring even heat distribution and long-lasting heat retention. The set includes a cast iron lid with a handle. An optional upgrade is available: a roasting pan with a skillet-style lid featuring a ridged surface, which can also be used as a standalone frying pan.
