The 30 cm tandoor roasting pan is designed for cooking dishes both during the tandoor heating stage and directly inside the tandoor. It can be placed on the tandoor crossbar during the 45-minute preheating period or lowered inside the tandoor using a dedicated stainless steel suspension system.
The walls of the roasting pan are made of 5 mm thick cast iron, ensuring even heat distribution and long-lasting heat retention. The set includes a skillet-style lid that can also be used as a standalone frying pan.
