The 34 cm tandoor roasting pan is designed for cooking dishes both during the tandoor heating stage and directly inside the tandoor. It can be placed on the tandoor crossbar during the 45-minute preheating period or lowered into the tandoor using a special stainless steel suspension system.
The walls of the roasting pan are made of 5 mm thick cast iron, ensuring even heat distribution and long-lasting heat retention. The set includes a skillet with a ridged surface that can be used either as a standalone frying pan or as a lid.
